David joined Rosen’s Business Transfer Agency in 1980. I doubt there is anything that David or his Co-Directors and long standing members of staff don’t know about the Fish and Chips Trade. David sold his very successful manufacturing company in London in the late 1970’s following which he became the Managing Director of Rosen’s and continues to be responsible for all the many instructions we receive from vendors throughout the United Kingdom.
David also heads Rosen’s Negotiations and Sales Department together with the overall marketing of the businesses. David has also been instrumental in opening many newly established Fish and Chip Shops in the Country for many members of the Rosen Family, to date totalling over 20 Chippies.

Harvey Rosen

Harvey joined Rosen’s in 1974 following a family association within the retail Fish & Chips Trade spanning over 100 years when earlier members established some of the first Fish & Chip Shops in East London during the late 1880’s. It so happens the Rosen Family have continued to operate Fish & Chip Shops. Harvey deals with the higher calibre of business sales and groups of Fish & Chip Shops and was instrumental in the sale of the most expensive Fish & Chips Restaurant in Central London and only recently sold one of the busiest Fish & Chips Restaurant & Takeaways in Scotland. Harvey also has a good background & knowledge of all legal aspects of the industry and has acted on both sides of the Solicitors Indemnity Insurers. Harvey is always only too pleased to share is second to none expertise and advice to any potential Buyer or Seller and especially newcomers to the trade, who undoubtedly would be pointed in the right direction.

Joined Rosen’s about 15 years ago after leaving School and although a period off to have a Family, she returned to a senior roll and is presently one of our Main Team Members and heads all sales throughout the United Kingdom. She is also responsible for the preparation of Sales Negotiations dealing with each parties Solicitors and also in charge of Stock control and basic administration. Danielle also have a sound knowledge of the Catering Trade.

Joined Rosen’s in 2012 following a term at Well Known Residential and Commercial Agent. Her roll is dealing with registered applicants and sourcing business which meets any potential purchasers criteria. Tanya develops all new Sales Details and responsible for matching potential buyers to a suitable business. She is additionally responsible for Rosen’s electronic media internet promotions including our own Website, Trade Journals and other advertising outlets, including Dalton’s and Businesses for Sale.

Linda was appointed a Director of Rosen’s in August 2012 and was responsible for dealing with Businesses under offer and liaising with all parties including the acting Solicitors. She was also instrumental in securing Funding for any Applicant seeking Finance on the Business they are thinking of acquiring. Linda’s present role is mainly on a Consultancy basis.

Nim has been one of Rosen’s main Business Valuer for quite a while and is responsible for all the instructions Rosen’s receive throughout the Midlands and South of Nottingham. Nim has also owned his own Fish & Chip Shops, making his understanding of the trade exceptionally helpful, especially when meeting and speaking about the trade to vendors instructing Rosen’s to sell their Fish & Chip Shop.

Recently joined Rosen's about 2 years ago as an apprentice Negotiator following which he is now involved with Sales & Marketing having gained his initial knowledge from a Local Estate Agent and Business Studies at Leeds University. Oscar is also now part of our Valuers & Representatives Team and already takes on New Instructions within the Home Counties. Aiming for Management in the future with the intentions to expand the Company to other Branches throughout the United Kingdom over the next few years.

Mark joined Rosen’s team some 8 years ago having been instrumental in the Business Transfer Field for some 45 Years during which time worked for most of the Major Business Agents in the United Kingdom. Mark has an excellent knowledge of both the Fish & Chips Trade and overall Retail Catering Industry and has an excellent knowledge of the North of England and what’s happening within the Industry.
